*note, that this recipe can be a little bitter if you're not used to the taste, it will be a little like arugula or endive. feel free to add a little more honey if it's too bitter.

 In a large bowl combine 2 tsp honey, 1 tbsp mustard, 2 tsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp water, 1/2 tsp salt and pepper, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tbsp cream (or milk).

Add the greens, and gently toss with some tongs.
















That's it, you're done! Give it a taste, and adjust as needed.
